Gathered my CA daughter up and went about a mile towards PDX to the Cascade Center. This is a fairly new shopping/eating area we had visited when we were here last Sept/Oct. The only British car we saw was a small Lotus (Elise?), and the only vintage cars were a Mustang & a 1939 or 40 Lincoln Continental converts. The Lincoln could be an immediate post-war car; not a genre I know much about.
